Where to get information about what to see and do in Granada?

How can I organize my visit to Granada?

Once you have made your reservation, we will contact you to advise you and help you plan your stay.

How can I get tickets for the Alhambra?

Through the following link "tickets for the Alhambra" you can get the tickets for both simple tickets, with an audio guide or with an official guide.

How can I get the pass to ski in Sierra Nevada?

Through the following link: Forfait Sierra Nevada you can purchase your ski passes for Sierra Nevada as well as for any other activity in the snow.

No type of pet is allowed in our entire chain of hotels.

Can I modify/cancel my reservation?

For reservations with a Web rate, you can cancel and/or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the date of entry.

Reservations with a Non-Refundable rate do not allow changes or cancellations.

How many rooms can I reserve in a single management?

Generally 6 rooms can be booked through the website based on availability. For reservations of more than that number of rooms, send an email to the Hotel you want.


Will the amount of the reservation be charged to my card at the time of making it?

Depending on the type of rate you choose.

For web rates, you can check the validity of the card but you will not be charged.

For Non-Refundable rates, the total amount will be charged at any time after making the reservation.

Do I have to pay at the Hotel with the same card with which I made my reservation?

If your reservation is a Non-Refundable rate, the payment will have already been made and the payments (if any) of any other extra service can be paid with any other credit card or in cash.

Until what time is my reservation guaranteed?

Reservations with a Non-Refundable rate that have been charged are guaranteed throughout their stay.

Reservations with a web rate are guaranteed until 6:00 p.m. on the day of entry.

Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms?

All hotel facilities are non-smoking.

Can I enter and leave the Hotel at any time?

Yes, there is a 24 hour reception service.

What is the time of entry and exit of the room?

Check-in time is from 1:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 12:00 p.m.

Is there internet in the Hotel? What is the price?

There is free Wi-Fi connection in all hotels.

Can I leave my luggage when I leave my room or in case I arrive before it is available?

We have a locker to store your luggage for as long as you need.

What are the hours of use of the parking?

It is the same schedule of the stay.

And through bank transfer?

If you make the reservation by phone, you could pay for it by bank transfer.

Can I leave the car earlier on the day of arrival or later on the day of departure?

As long as there is availability.

Can I choose the type of bed (single/double) in my room?

You can tell us your preferences when making your reservation and it will be assigned to you whenever there is availability.

Can I check in before or check out after this time?

According to availability.
